We do not track you on this website and store no cookies on your device, which is why we do not ask for consent either. Below is exactly what data still arises and what we do with it.

Cookies
This website uses no cookies at all — no analytics, advertising or “necessary” cookies. We also use no other browser storage, fingerprinting or tracking pixels. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Visitor statistics
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without storing anything on your device, does not track you across websites and builds no visitor profile. We only see aggregate numbers: how many visits, which pages were read, which site people came from, device type and country. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the website is useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and security
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). With every request, Cloudflare processes technical data — IP address, time, requested address and browser details — to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.
We host the fonts and all other files ourselves. The website loads nothing from Google or any other third-party server — the only exception is the small Cloudflare Web Analytics script described above. Links to the App Store or topsprava.cz are plain links and nothing is loaded from them until you click.
When you e-mail or call us
We process what you send us: name, e-mail, phone, company name and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract). Our company e-mail runs on Email Profi by Seznam.cz.
If we do not end up working together, we delete the correspondence within 3 years at the latest. If we do, we keep it for the duration of the cooperation and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example 10 years for accounting records). We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to [email protected] — we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
