A document scanner in your pocket. Snap an invoice, contract or receipt and KaranScan crops it, straightens it and, if you like, names it based on what it says. Then sign it with your finger, translate it and send it as a PDF. Your documents stay on your phone only — no account, no cloud.

A smart database of your documents. Photograph or upload a piece of paper and Archivar reads it, names it and files it in the folder of the party it belongs to — the other parties get a shortcut. It handles any document at all — whatever it is, it works out what it is, pulls out everything that matters and links it to what is already in your archive. The archive and the database are built locally on your own disk.

  • The archive and database stay with you — on your own disk, optionally encrypted with a password. Documents are read by AI (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude for some features) through our server, which does not store the content; the content is not used to train AI
  • Tells people and companies apart by birth number and company ID — namesakes are never merged

Before you ask

How much does custom software cost?
The price follows the scope, not a price list. A smaller internal tool or automation typically lands in the low thousands of euros, a full business application in the tens of thousands. You always get a budget split into stages — you can pay for the first stage, try it, and only then decide whether we continue.
How long does development take?
We usually put a usable first version in your hands within weeks, not months. We work in stages, so value arrives continuously instead of at the very end.
Do you work with small companies and sole traders?
Yes. Small companies often gain the most, because a single well-built tool saves them dozens of hours a month. We scale the scope to the budget.
Who owns the source code?
You do. Once paid, the code and the data are fully yours, including repository access. We don't lock clients in through code.
Do you also run, back up and support the app?
Yes. We can host, monitor, back up and keep developing your application. Backups are always proven by a real restore, not just by the fact that the job “ran”.
Where do you operate?
We are a Czech company working with clients in the Czech Republic and abroad. We start by walking through your operation in person — a good brief cannot be written without it. Development then runs online, so we do not take up your time with meetings that achieve nothing.
Do you build ordinary websites, or only applications?
Both. Besides web applications we build presentation and company websites, landing pages and sites with simple content management. We build to fit you — fast, clear on mobile, with the technical groundwork for search engines. And if the site later grows into an application — bookings, a customer area, records — you do not start from zero.
How much does a website cost?
A custom company website starts at CZK 25,000 (about €1,000). The final price depends on the scope — the number of pages and languages, content management or connections to other systems. You get a written quote with a price for each stage up front, so you know exactly what you are paying for. The domain, deployment and the technical groundwork for search engines and AI assistants are part of the job.
Do you build mobile and tablet apps too?
Yes — iOS, Android and iPad. That includes field scenarios: offline work, on-site photo documentation, and signing with a finger or Apple Pencil straight on the screen.
What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?
That is a completely normal starting point. It is exactly why we begin by dissecting the problem — we turn a vague idea into a concrete plan.

What slows your operation down the most?
